If you don’t have online reviews yet, FiveStar will help you collect and build these reviews. If you have bad ratings on sites like Yelp, Google, etc. Fivestar can help raise your star ratings.

Our platform monitors reviews on 300+ popular review sites. Depending on your industry and nature of business, we will give you a recommended list of review sites that we can set you up for. We only encourage the sharing of genuine reviews from real customers.

We support an unlimited number of branches so you can track the reviews of each local branch. However, our monthly pricing only covers setup for 1 business location. If you have multiple branches and you want to get different sets of reviews for those offices, we will bill separately for each. Each “business location” will have its own dashboard setup.

Absolutely. Once setup is complete, your Account Manager will send you your login details so you can access your FiveStar dashboard at any time. He or she will also conduct a walkthrough session with you so you can navigate the platform easily.

Upon signing up, we’ll schedule a kick-off call with your Account Manager who will also ask you to fill out an intake form.

Your dedicated Account Manager will help you setup and configure your account and dashboard.  He or she will also provide consultation on how to best monitor, collect and share reviews on the sites that matter most to your business.

Once you’ve filled out our intake form, we take care of setting up your FiveStar account as well as creating your business listings on the review sites that we recommend for you. We only need you to provide us with a business email address that we will use to create these listings on your behalf.

During the start of the campaign, we may recommend that you concentrate on building solid reviews for a few sites first, namely – Yelp, Google+ and Facebook, since these are high authority sites that search engines tend to rank first and people look into. Once you’ve collected enough reviews for those 3 sites, we can move on to the next ones on the list.

If you would like to include a drip email campaign as part of the strategy that we will use to collect reviews for your business, you need to provide us your mailing list. Rest assured that your contract with us includes a confidentiality clause and your information won’t be shared with anyone.

Once setup is complete your Account Manager will be the one to monitor your collected reviews on your behalf and any approvals needed from you will be requested separately.
